It’s Finally Here!

After so many hours of driving in Los Angeles traffic, searching for apartments, anxiety, excitement, and Starbucks chai, I can now proudly admit that I am a Patisserie and Baking student at Le Cordon Bleu, Pasadena!

It has been a long journey, and I fail at updating this blog about my progress. But as of today, I officially get to wear the uniform, walk the halls, and call myself a culinary student.

 

Not to mention I moved into the most incredible apartment I’ve ever seen. I moved into the Terraces at Paseo Colorado, which happens to be within walking distance of my school. (Two blocks to be exact!) The terraces are in the middle of a huge shopping mall called Paseo Colorado, and they are beautiful.
